New York Vs. Philly in "Iron Chef" Finale

On Sunday, Nov. 22, Jehangir Mehta, of the pint-sized Graffiti restaurant in the East Village, and Jose Garces, chef about Philly will battle it out for the ultimate culinary title, Iron Chef. And for the second time this month, New York will battle Philly for a championship.

Unbelievable Iron Chef show- could not believe they actually picked someone who made a bunch of boring, safe dishes that he's probably made hundreds of times before! If there is no need for creativity, presentation and the ability to make "wow" dishes with a more global viewpoint, why do they say they judge on that? Both chefs were lacking in areas, but feels like if someone can just master a bunch of good dishes, can win Iron Chef. No need for taxing the brain with creative, novel presentations.
