Not another teeny bopper movie?!?! Just like titanic, its much about nothing. Just some girl who can't keep her pants up. And to say a Vampire will not bite her and suck her blood dry is just down right hillarous.
Twitlighters are retarded! Can't believe you teenyboppers made this movie a blockbuster - it's not even a real vampire flick!! It's about sparkling guys...and last time I checked, guys that wore glitter didn't want girls!
And if her relastionahip with the vampire is not enough.. or doesn't go well... she just sleeps with the next thing around... oh there's the werewolf guy. I'm sure he will keep her busy for a while until the inevitable vampire guy comes back. Of course, then the werewolf guy and the vampire guy will have it out to see who gets to go down that girl's pants again. obvious storyline. you don't need to make 3 movies to say all that.
yet again they mess up another great book. kristen stewart find another career, you suck. thank god i didn't go see it in the theaters. i hear it was crap anyway.

Wow...the first 7 posts have to be the most immature, juvenile I've read in a long time. Not everyone has to like the same thing! I saw Dark Knight, and hated it!! Doesn't mean it was a bad movie, or had bad acting. I happen to love the Twilight series books and am looking forward to watching New Moon. You people need to grow up and act like adults.

Ive read all four books in a week and a half and they were fantastic! Couldnt put them down! The first movie was good and hope the second is too. Glad to have read the books so that a better understanding of events and emotions on the screen is present.

As a grown woman with three teenagers...I WILL be going to see this movie with my 16 year old daughter...its not just for teen girls. I remember how love like that feels...young pure love that shuts out the rest of the world. The Twilight story draws out that lovely feeling, that need that seemed destined to take over the very soul of those who felt it before 'life' and its hardships took center stage. Thank God I can still draw it up when I look at my husband, how I thought I would die if we were apart for long.
Cant wait to see the movie...Daughter and I were growing impaitent! hehehehehe :)
Oh...saw Dark Knight...made me fall asleep. All the hype was for nothing...too bad...had some good actors, but was so violent that it was like so many other movies that it was boring and predictable.
My husband took me to see new moon on our anniversary last night and i thought it was cool! I liked the stroy to the first one better and was irritated by the end of new moon but thats a good wrighter for you to keep you on your seat til the next one comes out and as for bella hanging out with jacob as a rebound to try and forget about edward not many people can say they havent done that at least once in their life! Just because someone does that dont mean their a slut it just means they are confused and need a good friend and some times a good friend will take it differently then you intend! Yes the vampire warewolf traditional thing isnt the same in this case but if you ever looked up or watched the commentary on twilight the writer does say she is trying to bring it up to date. If you liked twilight i would go see new moon you will be dieing to see eclips
My husband really didnt seem to like either of the movies a whole lot either but unlike most of you immature kids on here he respects what i like and i do the same for him! Not everyone likes the same stuff but dont mean you got to hate on others for something they like that you dont!
well of course the chicks are goin to back this movie b4 Batman... cuz that what they do, read books. the thing about them both being fantasy is yes they both are... One has been told for decades and has got alot better with the last movies, catoons and tv series.. Batman is well known unlike Twilight "exept to girls and gays like NAC, who likes to point out typos." im still sayin tho the Dark Knight is alot better than fairy dust... if you go fantasy .. make it as realistic as possible .. and vampires and ..WEREwolves are demonic ...that why we love them. not because thier lovers...wtf
guys have enought brain cells to read too ya know! And I was never dogging on Batman Yes it is a classic and they do wear them out too! And as for it being a classic, classics got to start somewhere! And you say about fantasy movies being realistic ummm... well thats why they are fantasy you can let the imagination go where ever!!! And just because your soul is damned dont mean you cant feel love or anything else!
I'm going to see this movie, then pre-order the DVD because New Moon is fantastic, and so was the book!
i have always liked vimpire movies.. but this movie is for 14 years old little girls..the twilight movies or so gay and the worst vimpire movies ever made so far....you couldn't pay me to go see crap like that....
Notice how guys are the only ones saying negative about this movie? It obviously wasn't made for men or they wouldn't have all those great looking guys in there! The books are great also! I saw it opening day and can't wait for movie #3 to come out next christmas! Not everything has to be scary and that is why I really enjoyed this movie. I give it 2 thumbs up. And all those people who spent the millions must agree too!

Here is another sad thought. with all these teeny boppers reading fantasy books, having these unrealistic idea of what a guy or relationship should be, grow up with those same stupid notion, meet the wrong guy, have sex, and then realize... 1. most guys not that good looking, 2. even if the guy is good looking they're really are jerks, 3. and all guys think about is in your pants. I feel sorry for the people who post such negativity about the Twilight Series. Here is a thought...you have lots of insecurities. For the rest of the fans...(I am 30 years old) not a teeny bopper...and I absolutely LOVED New Moon. It definitely followed the book and was a great movie with a lot more action. I was very impressed with the chemistry and maturity of Jacob/Taylor with Bella/Kristen. I appreciate the effort Chris Weitz gave to the details behind the storyline as well as the CGI effects which were lacking in Twilight. The only thing off in New Moon was Jasper's hair :-). This movie was beyond deserving of the film sales for opening night. If you disgruntled bloggers (who probably haven't even seen the film) actually supported the "so called" more worthy ventures as passionately as we Twihards support our series and instead of sitting home and bootlegging your films then maybe you wouldn't be so frustrated. HA HA!

Not really terrified the story but its alright. I like the first story of Twillingt not this time the Newmoon. Well, maybe the next one...hehehe...
