Swiss court to assess Polanski bail appeal (AP)

Last year, a CA judge told his attorneys that the court would not consider hearing his charge that there was improper conduct unless Polanski personally showed up. How is it that an appeals court will be hearing this and may drop all charges next month? HUH! This is the first that I heard of it. I hope the pervert dies before then.

To the Swiss people: please petition those in your legal system to NOT accept any bail offers from this pedophile. Polanski deserves to spend the rest of his life in prison to be on the receiving end of what he did to that 13-year-old girl, no matter what she might have said about "letting it go" since then.
